After a long hiatus, I am back in the blog business as planning continues for the 22nd annual Boscov's Berks Jazz Fest.

My goal is to keep you informed of all the latest festival news and a behind-the-scenes look at the fest.

The long process of programming the fest and finalizing the lineup/schedule is heading down the stretch. The entire lineup and schedule will be announced Sunday, November 27, with tickets going on sale Saturday, December 3, at 10 a.m.

To get the excitement started, here is a "sneak peak" at some of the artists confirmed to perform at the fest: Bela Fleck & The Original Flecktones (photo above); Boney James; and jazz legend Chick Corea.

Many, many more artists will be part of the 10-day festival. More "sneak peaks" will be offered here as the lineup takes shape.
