The programming process for the 27th annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest is nearing completion.

The star-studded lineup is taking shape and will be announced Sunday, Nov. 27, in the Sunday Reading Eagle and at www.berksjazzfest.com

Many artists already are confirmed to perform, including Snarky Puppy; Gerald Albright, Patti Austin, Jonathan Butler together for opening night concert; Brian Culbertson; Larry Graham & Graham Central Station; Will Downing & Najee; the new project West Coast Jam featuring Richard Elliot, Rick Braun, Norman Brown; Dr. Lonnie Smith; Pat Martino Organ Trio with Horns; Everette Harp & Friends featuring Chante Moore, Phil Perry and Brian Bromberg; Keiko Matsui; Fourplay featuring Bob James, Nathan East, Harvey Mason and Chuck Loeb; Jim Brickman; Bob Baldwin’s New Urban Jazz Party featuring Walter Beasley, Marion Meadows, Tom Browne; Jon Cleary; Tommy Katona & Texas Flood; The Artimus Pyle Band: Tribute to Ronnie Van Zant’s Lynyrd Skynyrd; Carolyn Wonderland; Shemekia Copeland; Selwyn Birchwood; Jarekus Singleton; Four80East; Art Sherrod; Matt Marshak — and more to be announced.

With that lineup, it promises to be another great 10-day of music starting Friday, March 31, 2017.
