with Cool Jazz Cafe!
Diane and the Cool Jazz Cafe crew go behind the scenes to get up
close and personal TV interviews with artists, capture moments
with concert goers and check out the many shows.
The Cool Cast podcasts highlight artists scheduled to appear at
this year's Fest, a one-on-one conversation that gives a look at
the artist and a taste of what to expect in their shows.
Cool Jazz Cafe TV is airing in the Reading and Lancaster areas.
The shows give a glimpse of the passion and excitement that is
Berks Jazz Fest, from artists who will be appearing this year.

Grammy-winning guitarist Lee Ritenour talks to Diane
Dayton of Cool Jazz Café.
Ritenour, along with special guest Michael Lington,
will perform at this year's Berks Jazz Fest on Sunday, April 7,
2 p.m. in the Crowne Plaza ballroom.
Lee shares thoughts about his over 40-year career, his
band and what they will perform at Berks, the diverse
collaboration on his latest CD Rhythm Sessions,
Six-String Theory Competition and finding a voice with the
Harmonica blues artist Steve Guyger shares time with

Steve Guyger & The Excellos will be performing at the
"Blues at the Inn" event with Ana Popovic at 7:30 p.m. on
Saturday, April 13, at the Inn at Reading ballroom.
Steve talks about the band and what we will hear at his
performance at Berks, the match he has with the harmonica, how
the blues just feels right to him, and his instructional
DVD/book, "Blues Harmonica."

Arturo Sandoval and his band will be performing at this
year's Boscov's Berks Jazz Fest on Sunday April 7, 7:30
p.m., at the Miller Center for the Arts located on the
campus of Reading Area Community College.
Arturo shares thoughts about his love of music and his
relationship with the legendary Dizzy Gillespie, his
Grammy-winning CD dedicated to Dizzy -- Everyday I Think
of You -- the upcoming book "The Man Who Saved My Life,"
and performing "good" music on stage.
