Culbertson, Chick Corea close out Berks Jazz Fest
with outstanding performances before packed houses
Brian Culbertson and Chick Corea closed out the 22nd annual
Boscov's Berks Jazz Fest Sunday night with two dynamic
concerts, ending the amazing 10-day musical journey.
Culbertson performed before a packed house at the Scottish
Rite Cathedral; Corea at the soldout Miller Center for the
Arts.
It was a perfect ending to the fest.
The Berks Art Council wholeheartedly thanks everyone who
helped make the festival a huge success -- artists,
sponsors, venues, hotel partners, and, most importantly, the
team of volunteers who generously donate their time and
talents each year.
The Berks Jazz Fest is a true community event -- a
partnership of the business, hotel, arts and volunteer
communities.
Now it is time to start the planning process for the 23rh
annual Boscov's Berks Jazz Fest.
Look forward to seeing everyone April 5-14, 2013!
