Berks Arts is pleased to announce that beginning with the upcoming Berks Jazz Fest, all ticketing services will return to Ticketmaster. This renewed partnership reflects our commitment to enhancing the ticket-buying experience and responding directly to community feedback. Through this collaboration, fans will once again have the convenience and choice they’ve been asking for — including the ability to purchase tickets in person at a box office located at Santander Arena, with no ticket fees. In addition, Ticketmaster’s secure platform will offer seamless online purchasing, mobile ticketing, and improved customer support.
