The Tradition Continues!

Celebrating its 36th anniversary, the Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest enters an exciting new chapter under the direction of the newly formed BERKS JAZZ FEST, LLC (*), which will manage and produce the event.

The festival is officially scheduled for April 1–11, 2027, with a special Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM) Celebration continuing with live performances and community programming throughout the remainder of April.

The festival’s alignment with Jazz Appreciation Month — a global initiative established by the Smithsonian Institution — was launched during its milestone 35th anniversary.

Now, rather than concluding after its traditional 10-day run, the festival will extend its musical footprint throughout April, creating 30 unforgettable days of music and fun.

Nearly 35,000 music lovers from around the world travel to Berks County each year to experience major concerts featuring an incredible mix of legendary performers, rising stars, and one-of-a-kind collaborations.

From jazz, blues, R&B, funk, soul, bluegrass, and beyond, there’s a beat, a sound, and an experience waiting for everyone.

And the music extends far beyond the festival’s major concert stages.

Throughout the festival and JAM Celebration, clubs and restaurants across the region come alive with free live music, showcasing talented local musicians alongside visiting artists.

It’s the perfect opportunity to discover new music, explore the local dining scene, and experience the welcoming spirit of our community.
