Call for Artisans: Join the Groove! 🎺

We are officially accepting applications for artisan vendors to showcase and sell their handmade goods at the 2027 Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest!

We are looking for unique, high-quality, and creative vendors who can bring the visual and soulful spirit of jazz to our festival marketplace. To ensure a cohesive experience for our music fans, all products must feature a distinct jazz theme, aesthetic, or musical connection.

To ensure a comfortable layout within the DoubleTree's open areas, vendor space is strictly limited to seven participants. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maximize the flow and visibility for everyone.

What We Are Looking For  :      

We welcome all arts and crafts that capture the essence of jazz music, history, or culture. Inspired examples include:

  • Visual Art: Paintings, prints, and photography of jazz legends or nightlife.

  • Apparel & Accessories: Handcrafted jewelry, screen-printed tees, or rhythm-inspired textiles.

  • Home Decor & Goods: Instrument sculptures, pottery, and custom leatherwork.


Selection Process: Curating the Perfect Vibe!

To curate a vibrant, jazz-themed marketplace, we review all applications for quality, craftsmanship, and a unique musical twist.  It is completely free to apply – fees are only collected upon acceptance.  All submissions must be original, handcrafted work (no mass-produced imports).

Vendor Details:

  • Booth Space: Standard 10’ x 12’ indoor space.

  • Setup: You are welcome to bring additional displays, racks, or table coverings to showcase your unique jazz creations within your designated space.

Important Dates & Fees

  • Festival Dates: April 1-11, 2027

  • Application Deadline: December 1, 2026

  • Vendor Notification: December 10, 2026

  • Application Fee: FREE

  • Booth Fee: $200 per day or $1000 for the full 10-day festival. (Due only upon official acceptance.)

  • Payment Due in Full: January 1, 2027

Be prepared to submit:

  •  3–5 High-Resolution Photos: Showing your individual products/crafts emphasizing the jazz theme.

  • 1 Booth Photo: A photo showing a past layout or mockup of your structural setup.

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI): All selected vendors must submit a valid COI before setup showing general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Berks Jazz Fest, LLC and the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading must be named as additional insured.
