Contributions are payable to Berks Jazz Fest, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Our City Reading, a 501c3 nonprofit corporation. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by Federal law. In accordance with IRS regulations, your charitable deduction is limited to the excess of your membership contribution over the fair market value of the benefits received.
