JAZZ HORIZONS FESTIVAL

April 6 & 7, 2026 / DoubleTree by Hilton, Reading PA

Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest invites students to take the main stage for a truly world-class jazz education experience. All ensemble skill levels middle school through high school are welcome, as we take jazz education to a whole new level through Jazz Horizons Festival!

Participating ensembles have the rare opportunity to take the main stage of the Grand Ballroom of the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Reading during the world-renowned Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest, receiving real-time commentary and feedback from professional musicians and collegiate educators from across the nation. Following the performance, students are treated to an immediate clinic by their adjudicators who provide feedback, advice, and tips to help each ensemble and student reach their full potential. Throughout the day, students have opportunities to enjoy performances, check out the marketplace, participate in jam sessions, and learn through masterclasses. Join an experience like no other at the Jazz Horizons Festival!

REGISTRATION OPENS DECEMBER 1, 2026.

ONLY COMPLETED FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Receipt of the Registration Fee officially reserves your spot on the schedule. Registration Fee of $300/Berks County Schools and $450/non-Berks County schools must be received within 30 days of submission of this form. If not received, your application will be deleted and you’ll need to re-register.

REGARDING MEALS & SNACKS:

Schools may bring their own lunch, beverages and snacks which can be stored with your equipment. Snacks and water will be available for purchase on site. If you want to order lunch through the DoubleTree, you’ll contact them directly. Contact info will be provided closer to the event date.
